Unique farm setting transformed into a garden of many rooms. Entrance is a tapestry of perennial planting to set off C17 flint barns. At the rear is a walled, terraced garden redeveloped and planted with an abundance of unusual plants, we are always adding something new. Beautiful inner courtyard and seating area for tea, coffee and great home-made cakes. Extensive vegetable garden.

Star of Channel 4’s Gogglebox, Chris Butland-Steed and husband Tony have completely re-landscaped their garden (100ft by 50ft) over the last 3 yrs. It shows lush and full planting across several zones and seating areas. Surrounded by mature trees, highlights incl herbaceous borders, fountain, rose garden, shady garden and terraced raised beds, with interest from spring through to late autumn.

The Moongate Garden, 6 Elm Avenue, East Preston, Littlehampton, Sussex, BN16 1HJ

 

South -facing garden 50 metre x 15 metre, in its third year. A stunning Purbeck stone wall with moongate bisects the garden, creating two distinct halves. Within these, there are several sections including contemporary fish pond with stainless steel waterfall, a Hobbit house, circular lawns surrounded by herbaceous borders with a variety of grasses and trees for yr-round interest.
