The rear, features new and mature trees from C19, herbaceous borders, water garden and stunning uninterrupted views of the North Downs. Also Japanese garden with waterfall and pond, a large copse, stream, treehouse and stumpery.

Tucked away in the heart of the city, this really is a secret garden, in Victorian times a market garden. Organically grown fruit, vegetables, cut flowers, roses, shrubs and trees give yr-round interest, making this a peaceful oasis in the midst of a bustling city. Most of the plants have been propagated on-site. It is hoped that the garden will inspire experienced and beginner gardeners alike.
