A keen Hardy Plant Society member’s garden, that is said to have the wow effect and with surprises and delights for the visitor. On the edge of St Leonards Forest and riverside walk, 100ft x 45ft using steps and terraces to take you to borders planted to capacity with interesting potpourri of colour, texture and form.

Channel View, 52 Brook Barn Way, Goring By Sea, Worthing, West Sussex, BN12 4 DW
Mature owner designed garden by the sea, imaginatively blending traditional Tudor cottage garden with subtropical, Mediterranean and antipodean planting. Unusually designed structures, paths, arches and pond combine dense planting with shady viewpoints and sunny patios

Knepp Castle, West Grinstead, Horsham, Sussex. RH13 8LJ
Recently designed and replanted garden surrounding Knepp Castle (not open). Main garden dominated by three old Cedar of Lebanon, clipped yew, box and a ha-ha overlooking the spectacular lake and Repton Park with free roaming deer, cattle and Exmoor ponies.

Ambrose Place Back Gardens, Richmond Rd, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1PZ
The highly acclaimed back gardens of Ambrose Place have been described as a ‘horticultural phenomenon’, and have a rich panoply of styles, plantings and layouts.
