Approx 1 acre garden built from scratch over the last 10 yrs. Hot colour-schemed beds at the front lead into a small shrubbery and then onto double borders with a formal pond. A pleached hornbeam avenue takes the eye out to the West Sussex countryside. The walled garden provides fruit, cut flowers and vegetables for the family. This leads in turn to the orchard with bees and a hazelnut walk.

Victorian ‘Secret Gardens’ incl splendid 140ft fruit wall with pineapple pits, Rural Museum, Terracotta Garden, Jubilee Rose Garden, King’s Garden and circular Poetry Garden. Woodland walk and Landscape Water Garden.

3 acre tranquil country garden featuring working walled kitchen garden with long herbaceous borders and a wide range of fruit and vegetables. Large glasshouse and old potting shed, mixed flower borders, rose beds, rhododendrons and lawns. Magnificent 112ft tall cedar overlooks wisteria covered Grade II listed Georgian house (not open). Wildlife pond, wild garden, long grass areas and spring bulbs. New for 2018 are a brand new fountain and newly restored old potting shed.

Parkland, meadows and woodland. Formal gardens by Harold Peto featuring 20 interlinking ponds, impressive water garden known as The White Sea. Large Horsham stone terraces and lawns look out onto clipped yew hedging and specimen trees. Well stocked herbaceous borders, set in the grounds of Grade II listed Ernest George Mansion. One of the finest views of the South Downs, Chanctonbury Ring and Lancing Chapel. Turf labyrinth and organic vegetable garden.
