A stylish garden of textural contrasts and rich colour. The herbaceous beds are filled with agapanthus, spiky eryngium and fragrant lilies, alliums and salvias. A broad lawn is surrounded by borders of Japanese Maples, rhododendrons, hydrangeas and specimen trees interspersed with ferns and grasses.

5 acres incl charming formal topiary, large prehistoric Ginkgo biloba, and magnificent Magnolia grandiflora around enchanting timber framed Medieval house (not open). Victorian Secret gardens incl splendid 140ft fruit wall with pineapple pits, Rural Museum, Terracotta Garden, Jubilee Rose Garden and King’s Garden.
